Who are we and why did we found IntegrityGames?
We are Jacqueline, Michael and Lucas and we are passionate about making ethics & compliance understandable and comprehensible for everyone. Jacqueline and Michael are two compliance experts who, in their daily work as compliance manager and compliance consultant respectively, know the challenges but also the importance of good and understandable training. Lucas ran a classic escape room for several years alongside his work as a doctor and therefore knows only too well how to make puzzles fun and exciting.
Just like us, many compliance experts are regularly faced with the challenge of communicating compliance content in such a way that employees remember it and apply it correctly in the relevant situations. We want to solve this challenge with our Compliance Escape Games. Our games are designed in such a way that the teams have to recognize (typical) compliance violations and demonstrate the correct behavior. Once they have done this, they move on to the next puzzle. By incorporating classic escape game elements (such as a background story that has to be solved and technical and analytical puzzles), the teams lose the feeling of being in a training course and apply the compliance content in a fun and playful way.

Setup: Once you have received the case set, you can easily activate the game. It contains all the necessary materials, instructions and props to carry out the training successfully.
Instruction: Our trained team of supervisors is on hand to help you with preparations or questions.
Interactive tasks: The game contains various interactive tasks, puzzles and scenarios that are specifically tailored to the compliance topics. Participants must use their knowledge and skills to master the challenges and successfully complete the training.

Can the content be customised?
Yes, of course we know that organizations have different guidelines and regulations on compliance issues.
That’s why our puzzles are designed and structured in such a way that we can adapt them to your individual wishes and internal guidelines.We can make most changes without any additional charge, but we charge a processing fee for larger adjustments.
What topics are covered in the game?
In our standard edition, we cover the topics of conflicts of interest, data protection, antitrust law, information security, preventing corruption and whistleblowing. We are happy to integrate further relevant content for you as an option.
